The Nasa Spitzer Space Telescope just had its 5th bday, and recently took this amazing picture of a region of stars forming in the constellation Cassiopeia, 6,500 light-years away. The pic is kind of mind blowing and its kind of amazing how beautiful it is. A quick side note, the telescope cost $800million.

Not much to say, just some amazing shadow puppets, trust me, its worth 30 seconds of your time.

So not everyone knows this but there is a way to send all you mail and packages for free. Now I’m not saying that people should go out there and do this, but I am going to say how it would be possible if you wanted to. It is actually a pretty basic and clever trick. Also, this will only work with USPS, not with any shipping services like FedEx or DHL. So here you go, 3 easy steps.

1. Write YOUR address as the place that you are sending the mail to.

2. Write the address you want the mail to go to as the RETURN ADDRESS.

3. Drop it in the mailbox

The trick is NOT to put postage on the mail. Since there is no postage on the mail, the USPS will return it to the return address free of charge (which is the address you want it to go to). And if by some fluke they send it to the send to address, then it just comes back to you. Now once again I’m not saying that people should go out there and do this , just that it’s pretty clever.

So here is a pretty cool video, that is pretty self explanatory. In actuality the video seems to be a viral marketing campaign for Samsung, but despite it being an ad, it is incredibly cool. So check it out, Im sure you have 2 minutes.

So to follow up the mixtape collabo, A-Trak and nike have done a shoe collabo as well. For all of you who don’t know, A-Trak is a DJ straight out of NYC. He has gone on tour with Kanye West as his DJ and now headlines quite large tours himself. I like the overall look of these dunks, although I’m not sure if you would catch me rockin’ them myself. Not sure of their availability, or in what quantity they are released in, but I’m sure it is limited.

Hey everyone, just thought id share this pretty ridiculous video with you all. The video isn’t really anything special until the end of it, so make sure to watch the entire thing. Don’t worry it’s short, and if you ever feel like there are multiple things going on at the same place and same time where you live, maybe this video will put things into perspective.

Here is a little peak at the Crooks & Castles 2008 August release.  I personally like the line.  It is another sign that the streetwear industry is going in a more simplistic direction.  All the designs are clean and appealing to a wide audience.  My favorite is def the Mobb Deep inspired one.  Available in stores now.

This is the first election that I will legally allowed to vote in.  So today I decided to register.  For many years I didn’t care about politics or voting, but as I became older, I slowly realized that I did care about my government and that it directly effects me and my friends lives.  Check out www.rockthevote.com.  It’s what I just did and its actually pretty easy.  You just fill out a couple things, print it out, sign it and send it in.  And for someone that is as lazy as I am this was very convenient.  So everyone go out and register to vote if your not already, go to rock the vote or look up how to do it locally.  I don’t care who you vote for, just get it done……vote Obama ha.

So the other day I was at my house drinking a cup of good old 5 dollar Starbucks coffee, when my boy Natty P comes in and hit me with some unbelievable knowledge. Apparently Starbucks gives refills on your coffee for 54 cents. I found this pretty hard to believe, but i did my research and its true. They will refill the big clear cups and the normal coffee cups all day at 54 cents a pop. Hit up www.starbucks.com/retail/locator/default.aspx and find the Starbucks nearest you, so you can hustle them they way the hustled you. Although if you live in Manhattan like myself, all you need to do is walk outside and Im sure there will be a Starbucks right in front of your face.
